I accept Kaiser insurance and Care Oregon (Oregon Health Plan).

I accept cash, card, Cash app, Venmo, and Pay pal.

Cancelation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying me within 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancelation fee.
